It is also known as Ricinus communis.

Herbal oil of this drug is used to supress kapha and vatta.Because it controls vatta so it is a better pain killer .It is used in constipation ,acting as antihelminthic.It also reduces the inflammation of pelvic area.

Works in Rheumatoid arthritis,sciatica,gout and inflammation of any joint.

Choice of drug in paralysis. It is also used in vomiting ,loose motion,and chronic rheumatic fever.
